Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
What Can Be Returned?
Return Conditions
Items Must Be:
- • In original condition with all tags attached
- • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- • Returned with original packaging when applicable
- • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Special Considerations:
- • Items purchased during final sale events are non-returnable
- • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
- • Hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are non-returnable
- • Gift cards are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible while your refund is being processed.
